Abstract

The objective of this work is to analyze the concept of solidarity internationalization from the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) programs, to generate a possible evaluation method of the concept from the CONAIC, the results obtained are the conceptual feasibility of evaluating solidarity internationalization considering social responsibility and support in the least favorable communities in the region.
